So review isnt not going to be quick unless they simply remove the offending patch and add a new on afwards. This is not quite a round table of review but s stringant process Microsoft puts it self through. Internally reviewing the Sp3 Ready to release to the Update portion of Microsoft. as recently updated in the announcement why Sp3 was delayed/ *Either removing the conflict KB but also provifing a proper fix path*ģ.
